We want you to love your Lullabellz look, but if you're not satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of receipt provided the hygiene seal remains intact. Due to health and safety regulations, hair extensions cannot be returned if they have been removed from the cardboard backing or worn.

Return Process

  Check Your Hygiene Seal

  Before starting your return, ensure the gold security seal is unbroken and the hair has not been removed from its net or packaging.

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the generated returns label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest local drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
